At Simplified Behavioral Health, we strive to go above and beyond for our families. Our organization stands behind the belief that each person is best served in an environment of open, honest communication. Treating others with respect and dignity is a requirement and we hold ourselves accountable for doing what’s best in every facet of our services. We believe that behavioral health can be simple, effective, & life changing. We desire to ensure every child with Autism & other Developmental Disabilities has the opportunity to live a happy, purposeful, and fulfilling life. We believe intensive Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy will give them that chance. We are committed to making behavioral health simplified so you can focus on what matters most – your child.

At SBH, diversity, equity, and inclusion are at the core of who we are. Our commitment to these values is unwavering – across all of our work around the world. They are central to our mission and to our impact. We know that having varied perspectives helps generate better ideas to solve the complex problems of a changing—and increasingly diverse—world.

SBH will provide cultural humility training to all employees on an annual basis, and will engage in equitable retention and recruiting strategies such as utilizing job websites aimed specifically at candidates from underrepresented groups to widen the candidate pool in the application process. We will also adopt tactics in the interview process that remove identifying cultural background information within the CV review, as well as seeking partnerships and internships with both colleges and universities that are classified as PWIs and those classified as HBCUs.
